Last updated: February 14, 2026. This policy explains the categories of data OnloZap processes to provide workspace, portal, billing, document, communication, and AI-assisted workflows.
We process account details such as name, email, workspace membership, authentication state, and role information to provide access to OnloZap.
Client records, quotes, invoices, projects, tasks, messages, files, documents, settings, and activity logs are processed so your team can operate the product.
Portal access may expose eligible client-facing quotes, invoices, projects, documents, files, and conversations to the right client contacts.
Stripe handles subscription checkout and payment details. OnloZap stores plan, subscription, invoice, and payment references needed to reconcile billing state.
Zapling may process workspace context to summarize, draft, recommend, and assist. Your team remains responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
Support requests, route details, error information, and operational logs may be used to diagnose issues and improve reliability.
Use of data
We use data to provide the product, secure accounts, route client-facing portal access, send workflow notifications, support billing, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and develop requested product capabilities.
Operate workspaces, render client-facing pages, track workflow state, and preserve records needed for quotes, delivery, billing, and documents.
Send transactional notifications for invitations, portal events, quotes, invoices, documents, files, messages, and account activity.
Detect abuse, enforce access checks, maintain sessions, investigate reports, and protect workspace and portal boundaries.
Understand reliability issues, product usage patterns, support needs, and opportunities to make workflows clearer.
Choices
Workspace admins can manage many records directly in the product. For export, deletion, privacy questions, or account-level requests, contact us with the workspace and email address involved.
You can update many profile, company, client, and workspace records from authenticated settings and module pages.
Deletion requests may require verification and may be limited where records are needed for security, billing, audit, legal, or dispute purposes.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications while still receiving necessary transactional and security messages.
Email privacy@onlozap.com with the account email, workspace, and request details.
Next step
Include the email address, workspace, request type, and any relevant client or record context so we can verify and route the request.
